Initially mu loan was handled by one person, it then was switched to another without my knowledge, then switched AGAIN to ANOTHER loan specialists without my knowledge. If I had been notified that this was to occur I would have been ok. Instead it left me wondering if I was dealing with a legit company. Even phone calls from the company were labeled as "Marketing Research" as the identifier on my home phone. My "Loan Specialists" knew this was happening but nothing was corrected. The loan process was begun on 8 Jul and didn't close until Sept. Too long a time as my rate lock-in expired twice.

Veterans United was Outstanding. Shane and Ryan are simply the best. Their customer service was the best I have ever seen. I initially was going to use USAA as my lender, however, their customer service was sub par. When I switched to Veterans United I did not have high expectations due to my experience with the other lender, but Shane and Ryan were amazing!
