Very professional staff that handled the process. Well oiled machine. We loved having a portal to upload all docs. This made it easy & convenient. I would also say the staff was very patient with us. It took us over a year to buy a home and the staff not only put us in touch with a realtor that knows the ins and outs of the VA home buying process, but she was very kind and patient as well.

My mortgage payment is half of what I used to pay in rent for my apartment. I'm completely blown away by the professionalism of everyone on my loan team.
I felt like I was not given enough information toward the end of the process. many things were brought up and my closing date had to be extended because of this. Also my realtor explained to me that some of my paperwork for the contract was lost at VU. So I ended up having to come up with $3000.00 at closing in order to close on time. The only other option was to rent the home until closing since I had to be out of the apartment I was living in.
