They were very friendly and easy to work with. The only thing I wasn't satisfied with was that I was not contacted as often as I would have liked. Being a new home buyer it would have been nice to have things explained and be notified as the process progressed.
Chad, Ryan and Marcella were very attentive to our needs and understanding of our situation as our family moved from Hawaii to Texas.

As I saw in other reviews, there is A LOT, and I cannot emphasize that enough, paperwork that has to be submitted. I have refinanced my home before and have never been asked to produce some of the things I had to produce for this loan. But, it is worth it in the end.
Buying a home most of the time is a stressful event but in a positive way. There is the challenge of communication, of needing something "yesterday".Veterans United did a tremendous job in getting all the ducks in a row. I'd gladly recommend them to any vet.
