The Apraiser that was used was bad
The Loan Team took care of everything and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. All I had to do was make sure I provided the required documents.
Every single person we worked with was amazing! Evan, Chance, Eric, Jon, and Ashton are the best! Everyone was helpful, explained everything to us, kept us up to date throughout the entire process and made buying a home much less stressful! Truly an incredible team to work with.

I would just wish there was more communication.
Our loan specialist Andrew Garton was difficult to get a hold of he did not return calls or answer emails. He was difficult to communicate with in resolving issues for example when copies we sent of our licenses were not legible he didn't explain the problem so we could correct it he just repeated the demand .all other people within your organization were outstanding.
Was actually easier to work with than local companies.
