Always a timely return call
My experience with Veterans United Home Loans as being very good. However, Title Guaranty needs to have a check list of documents that need signing. After we meet with the notary to sign all the document, Title Guaranty called and said there were documents missing in the signing so we had to go to their office to sign about 4 more documents to close the loan.
We would and have highly recommended VU. Mike and Rachel were outstanding!
Every email, phone call or question was answered promptly and I never felt like I was bothering the agents with questions or worries! The ability to do most of the paperwork online and also having the notoriety come to our house for closing was amazing!
