I was not impressed with Anna. She was difficult to get in touch with and just seemed a step behind everyone else. I was kept informed by Missy and Steve far more than Anna.

I'm sure I put Mr. Thompson and his team in a bit of a difficult situation regarding my circumstances, and the sudden/last minute decision to buy a home probably threw plenty of curve balls and wrenches at the team, but they did a fantastic job facilitating my home buying process and making it all happen very quickly and with minimal difficulty on my end.
