It was a little frustrating when our final disclosure and estimate disclosure were sent out on consecutive days and pushed closing back by three days due to Maryland's mortgage regulation cooling period. That would've been nice to have been accounted for, since it caused a lot of forced flexibility with movers, cable installers, etc. Other than that hiccup, though, this mortgage process was a very smooth and pleasant one.

Second mortgage with them and they actually care about me as a customet
every one was very friendly and assisted to make this transaction easy. My only dissatisfaction is the VA appraiser who I felt was less than knowledgeable and when he had to return for followup exam of home tried to lay off all blame on the underwriters instead of admitting he missed items on first visit.
