We should have had a different agent
This was my first time purchasing a home so I didn't know what to expect. The experience overall was successful , but there were more time periods of no communication than I thought there would be. At times I had to reach out to you all to make sure that I was still buying a home. The appraisal process was drug out for a while. I really thought a service that I had to personally pay for should have happened sooner than it did. I did enjoy working with John Quade from the lighthouse program. He was a good communicator, and easy to work with. For some reason, I didn't find out my final closing costs until 9 minutes before I walked in to sign. I had to constantly call and ask only to not get the information I needed. Neither Lauren Schumer or Ryan really owned responsibility for that. I don't know who's fault that was, and I wasn't looking for someone to blame, I just wanted answers. Overall it all happened, and I was able to purchase. I just wish that the appraisal process, and the closing costs would have been done in a more timely manner.

Todd Kangas and Glenn Steely went out of their way to help us with our loan. The were like old friends in the time and effort they took for the complications we ran into... I would Highly Recommend these two men for all the help they did with us..
