Our Loan Team was exceptional! We were first time homebuyers and very nervous about the world of home loans and home ownership. We chose Veteran's United due to their specialization in VA Home Loans. We purchased a bank-owned property and could not have been more impressed with their wonderful customer service and how quickly we were able to close, even when we hit a few roadblocks. Last minute paperwork needed which should have been known from the beginning, pushed back closing date due to last minute paperwork, lack of communication at times
i would recommend Veterans United Home Loans to friends and family but my experience with being approved for a Va loan was challenging because I felt violated throughout the process because of my marital separation and was question also at the closing concerning my husband tax returns. I saw no fault in the loan officers involved who were professional in this sensitive matter.
