A bit slow in getting ALL documents to us for timely expediting .Pre-approval seems like a waist of every bodies time , I suggest going straight for approval-final approval and be done with it .Promises not kept regarding items left behind in home that buyer doesn't want being removed by seller ( representative ) . Should not be buyers responsibility .Repairs work not completed and follow-up check not acceptable or sufficient . Had not my boss interveined I truly believe that the closing date would have been pushed back at least a week or more causing us all kinds of problems with respect to packing , loading truck help , driver help , unloading help and truck drop off help . Other than that everything was fine .
This was the easiest and most efficient loan process I have ever been through. I was kept informed every step of the way. When I did call to ask a question, I always received an immediate call back. Very impressed with Ute Joppien and Alexis Jackson through the entire process.

Amber was very willing to work with my hectic schedule. We were in different time zones and due to the nature of my job I was not allowed to have my phone for a majority of the day. I think it took some time to get used to trying to communicate everything through Email, but Amber and I persevered and I think it was a good learning experience for both of us.
Charlotte Mcclellan and the entire team were helpful and courteous through the whole process. We appreciate such great customer service friendliness. We have many choices to do business with and we are extremely happy to have chosen a local company who refers to us as real people and not just a reference number.
