Horrible under writing process.. the most insane petty redundant process ive ever encountered. Def needs to be revamped or hire more so their case loads aren't ridiculous and the "pawn off" or hold off game is not as obvious... Sold my house and VU took an additional 3 weeks past scheduled 45 days to close on new home costing me thousands out of pocket -then wouldnt allow for some help any help, i got my intial deposit back as the form of help- wow worst experience ever. Id rather get shot at.
