I did all the contact work, documents, etc!! All I eve iced from you all was delay after delay, and ended costing me additional $ in interest! You and your staff have no worries, it's not your money!

Being some forms could be signed via doc u sign, and others that needed to be wet signed. Any wet sign forms, and ONLY wet sign forms should be mailed out to client! Of ALL of my Buy, Sell or Refinance paperwork, this has been the most Challenging yet! I don't know if this was a fluke or if it was Mr. Moss inexperience?!? I do know that Mr. Moss had to ask fellow co-workers how to do certain things! Training may need to be looked at. Once things got to the point of myself going to the title company to sign contract was fine. Until it was time to go pick-up the cash out check after a 3 workday period. I received a call from the title company letting me know that the check would not be for original amount in the signed contract! Seems somewhere, some how extra mortgage interest was not factored in!!! How does this happen? Lack of communication between Peter & Paul?? A company that makes a living off doing this process on a daily basis, should have some kind of checks and balances in place, right?? I believe in you can not fix a problem if you don't know about it! I am sharing my honest experience with you in order to bring to light things unknown to you. I am not mad, I am not trying to point a finger or bad mouth VUHL or any of its employees! Maybe this was all a fluke? But if not, hopefully my feedback may bring to light issue not know about....

Very poor service. This is the second time I've used V.U.. The first time was great, this time not so much. Devon had POOR customer service skills. He never returned my calls, they gave me incorrect paperwork on multiple occasions. I DO NOT recommend.

horrible everything was last minute I provided all information in a timely manner and my closing date kept getting pushed back. The hoops you have to jump through are ridiculous! I was rush but when I needed something there was delays.
