In an email I received it stated if they receive a call or email before 3pm it would be returned that same day. That was not always true and sometimes you didn't hear back from anyone.
If we didn't have the change on paying out my vehicle on the end it would have been a perfect score
Dave Buchner was so helpful. I feel like he went above and beyond for us. We actually ended up closing the day it was initially set for thanks to his hard work.

The people were very helpful, I would give the staff a higher score. There always seemed to be something new I needed to do or get for final approval. I don't know how many times I heard "just one last thing" when it never was the last thing.
