Overall, out of three mortgages and one refinance that weve been through, this was our worst experience. The service simply did not match the referrals and reputation.

Any veteran should use Veterans United for any home purchase. It seems very much to their advantage. To it it over or if buying another I'd always use Veterans United.

Loan process was done ahead of time, that was fantastic and greatly appreciated!

I felt there was a lack of communication as we were getting close to closing. I usually had to be the one to contact someone to find out about the progress. When closing was delayed & I complained, all I heard was excuses & how hard they're working.

With mortgages being their main focus, the process was very streamlined and they didn't lose any documents or have to re-request paperwork. They communicated with us every step of the way! We were never left in the dark.

The team was very helpful through the whole process.

This was a very pleasant, stress-free journey.

You were very responsive to our needs and requests as well as keep us involved in every step and aspect of securing the loan for our new home!Thank you for that

Thank you for everything! Happy Thanksgiving.

Andy and his Team went above and beyond my expectations and I have already recommended them!

We worked with Michael Anderson and will recommend him to all our friends and family. He makes sure that you are informed about the lending process and he keeps you updated throughout the process.

the one glitch appeared to be the woman who actually made the final entries for closing 9icole) was unfamiliar with California's new regulations

Chris Gilbert and Joel Gigler were fantastic people to work with. I would definitely recommend Veterans United for mortgage financing.

Anne and Jennifer both were and are a valuable benefit to your cooperation, their attitude and "can do" performance of duties are exceptionally note worthy. Give them both pay raises!!

As anew home buyer and I would expect more of a walk through from an institution named "Veterans" United. I needed baby steps through this process. Instead they bombarded my email with paperwork that I did not understand.
