From start to finish, I was honestly shocked at the level of professionalism, expedience, adaptability, and tenacity the Veteran's United team has shown during the process. It was excellent. The website is excellent. This is my second home purchasing experience, and by comparison, the service is just a superior option.
VU made the home buying process very easy to navigate and to buy a home. We could reach our Loan Officer or VU staff whenever we had a question. I would 100% recommend and would use again!

The whole experience was great. Any questions I had were answered and everyone was professional. The most important thing was no one gave me the impression that I was being rushed into a sale. Emmett and his team are/were outstanding during the whole process. From when I looked into buying a house over a year ago. Emmett walked me through the steps to improve my credit rating. Friendly calls over the months to check in and see how i was doing. I felt great about choosing him and VU. Everyone he worked with on getting this loan done was amazing. Excellent customer service even on the weekend and after what I consider 'work hours'. Will definitely recommend VU to my Veteran and Active Duty friends based on my whole experience.
