I have been told, and heard of the horror stories of buying a house, but Veterans United’s process was extremely smooth. There was not any pains, and we always knew where things were at. The biggest issue was the waiting times, and we knew that was not their fault.
Josh Stockton and his team (Donna) are rockstars and went above and beyond from the beginning. This is my second time working with Josh and Veteran United in the past 2 years and he didn't disappoint. The web user interface is a great tool for knowing what is going on at any point during the process. I will use Veterans United, and hopefully Josh, again!

Veterans United does a great job of staying in touch with their clients, even after the mortgage has been bought by another lender. I get monthly property values for my home and comps in my neighborhood. I also get periodic emails from my Loan Officer, Dava Turk at Holidays, Birthdays or just because….They make it a point of staying “top of mind” so when you are in the market for a new loan Veterans United is who you think of first.
