2nd refi with VU, can't wait for them to call us soon with a great 15 year rate or opportunity to streamline debt and we would gladly work with them again

There was a few things left to the last minute... We did the whole process with a power of attorney that was decided a three days before closing wasn't sufficient enough. The third one we had to go get was finally good enough.Ryan was amazing tho

Overall the process went well. Only thing i would change is the paperwork needed could have been brought up earlier. When at the end having paperwork needed that has came up last minute was somewhat frustrating.
