Lack of locked in rate as promised by John Sullivan. He waited so he could get more money at this rate. Also documents were not highlighted as instructed on the second time of refinancing. I will later on be looking for another home mortgage down

Multiple times data had to be resubmitted and every day we were asked for something else. A simple checklist of what forms needed to be submitted could have eleiminated most of these request.
