Great process, just should work a little hard at informing customers of all there options in a refinance process and not assume that's what wanted. I did not know energy Improvement could have been included in my loan until I receive the papers to sign. The blocks was already checked stating I didn't want it. When I asked about getting the energy Improvement loan, no one really seem happy to help me apply for it, I sensed that so I just went with the regular loan only. I was more discouraged about applying for it then encouraged.
From Tom to the credit team to my realtor Corey and Jennifer everyone was very professional and polite.
I have heard horror stories about the home buying process, glad to say that my wife and I did not experience that at all with Veterans United. Super professional loan team and great first home buying experience.
