Everything went great. If we had questions or we needed info, we had an answer right away. We could sign documents from our phones, but felt secured with our own password.

everything was pretty straight forward and easy to do online. However towards the end of the process things got held up a couple times because of needing last minute documents. I think that if I had known ahead of time that I might need those towards the end of the process I could have had them ready and it would have prevented any delays. However this was no ones fault. I would recommend a way to inform future customers of these in advance to streamline things.

Way too many bumps in the road. Documentation was rarely wholly correct and I signed my closing docs with different numbers than were offered on my final review (the change was in my favor, but still concerned me)
