Towards the end of the process, there was a lot of miscommunication and it caused a lot of confusion and stress. It eventually did get worked out by closing day.

The only didn't like about the refinance, was the company that came to our house to close the loan. The lady was very nice but really didn't have a great knowledge of all the forms and really couldn't answer all our questions.
