My only concern was the total length of time it took to finalize loan. It has been a long time since I did a mortgage loan and perhaps it is just that the paper work has gotten more voluminous.
There were moments when paperwork was in matching what was discussed over telephone calls, but when question, things were resolved and explained quite rapidly.
