Extremely happy with veterans United , they were able to work with me and got me the loan I needed at a great rate.
The only down side for me was being unable to use Illinois fist time home buyers grant. Had I have gone through a local lender I would have an additional $7500 that I would not have to pay back to put in closing costs and home improvements
