Process went very well. There were no delays in receiving emails for needed documents, giving me plenty of time to submit, I was able to close two weeks prior to original closing date!

I felt that VU was slow. I started applying in mid January and was able to close in mid March. This is my 1st closing but it seemed slow to me. It also seemed like there was a lack of communication at times.

My experience was very efficient except for a couple of emails that had not been sent accidentally. We closed the loan early to accomodate my spring break schedule. Must appreciated. E-Sign was the best to speed up the process.
All of the paper work was made easy and simple, there were no questions about what I was doing , or where in the process of purchasing the home I was.
