I had big disappointments earlier this year with big companies doing the same thing. They didn't know their asses from holes in the ground and it wasted time and valuable resources. Tim was excellent I can't say enough praises for him and the rest of the crew. If you're tired of getting perked around and really need these services I highly recommend Veterans United.

So far, the only complaints I have are the extra fees (which are an unfortunate consequence of dealing with any lending institution) and not being adequately informed of the procedures for filing a claim on the warranty I purchased with my home.My HVAC system went out within a few months of purchasing my house. Because I didn't know the correct process for filing a claim, I was refused the warranty coverage I paid for. It cost me an extra $11,000.


I can't say enough about the way Veterans United Home Loans handled both my application and loan. I started negotiating for a particular property in mid-June and couldn't reach an agreement on price with the sellers until September 30. When that did happen, my team got hopping and guided me through the required VA loan paperwork in time to meet an accelerated closing date of October 23. The coordination and responsiveness required was daunting, but the team was up to the task. THANK YOU!
