The entire process started smoothly from day one up until closing week. Closing week we had a few hiccups that were due to miscommunication, but was taken care of within a weeks time.
Donald was excellent, precise, quick to respond, informative, and kept things very simple. I would have preferred to deal with one person instead of multiple people as I did not find others as precise and simple as Donald.
