A little slow but not your fault it was the VA's fault
it was a great expierance, they were always there with the answeres to any of my questions.

Start to finish this was wonderful experience. Simple, quick, easy to understand paperwork. Excellent customer service from Rob and his team. I couldn't be happier with the way the whole process worked out.
It wasn't the loan officer or the assistant. The underwriters need to get their shit together. I found simple errors that took 5 count them five Disclosure packets sent. Each time the same mistakes that I points out from the first packet sent!!!!
The only issue I had was it was difficult to get in contact with people at times.
Everyone that I dealt with from Veterans United was in my opinion very helpful.
From the beginning to the end, I felt I was their only client. Their customer service was unmatched.
