The # of docs that we had to provide more than once was very frustrating. We should have been told that the info provided was only good for 3 mths and then we had to start over once we actually found a house.Close twice for a penny - ridiculous.

The loan process is stressful enough, so the common practice should be to minimize the amount of people in contact with the clients. Initially, we were getting asked the same questions by multiple parties. Once that was solved, it was perfect!
All went well, the short notice request for tax transcript from the IRS was nerve-wracking. Somebody at Veterans United dropped the ball on that and did not want to admit!
