I think there was an excess of documents required. Particularly the paperwork required to explain my allotment. Why did I need to write a letter, if I had to provide a bank statement.

Kyle was amazing but once Nicole starting handling our Loan Pkg things didn't go very smooth. She didn't seem to be very involved and didn't seem to pay close attention to the details. I don't know what her workload was I was not impressed.
