This was my first home buying experience on my own, which made me a little nervous about the whole process. John and Sarah were so helpful and attentive that my worries and fears seem to disappear over night. My experience with Veterans United has been wonderful and I could not have dreamed up a better team to lead me on this Journey.
Sarah, I feel I owe you a special thanks for putting up with my excessive calling and questions.
Corte Wine gard always communicated well and responds to emails quickly as well.
Awesome to work with I cant say enough. but, i dont have that much time. ;)
This is an exact copy of what I sent to my loan specialists directly.

I just want to send a quick "thank you." It was a pleasure dealing with each of you. It's evident you like your jobs. Good luck to each of you. Please pass along a "thanks" from me to anyone else to whom I never spoke; but who worked on my behalf. It is appreciated.

Christy made the process so smooth for us.
(from above)...Zach was knowledgable without being impatient, he stayed on point throughout the process and communicated every nuance so that we were prepared for the next step. Zach was always professional and courteous as well.
I can't help but mention Shannon Cantoni here as well, she was wonderful. She kept me alerted to all that would be needed and kept the ball moving down the field. Shannon was in constant contact and returned e-mails so promptly that we felt we were that we were highly valued customers from minute one and that never changed. Had this home purchase ultimately not worked out and I remained in the home that I now rent, it would not have been for lack of trying on the part of both Zach and Shannon. In addition, my impression of their expertise, customer service and professional demeanor would not be any different if we did or did not end up in a new home.
Looking back on my Navy days, a term every sailor wanted to see on his (or her) evaluations aptly suits the efforts of Zach and Shannon, based on my experience, both would be highly reccommended for retention and advancement. Well done!!
I know most Veterans might be able to find home loans and or refinancing through other sources for perhaps a few less dollars, but I can guarantee you will not get the quality of service I received from Veterans United. My first house was through Wells Fargo and there's no comparison to Veterans United from start to end of the refinancing process. I am confident I won't have any issues in the future with V.U. and payments. Ms. Jenna Long, Ms. Sara Lark and Mr. Matthew Lewis are excellent listeners and even better at their jobs. On a Scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the best, I would rate these folks a definite 10 in ALL categories! In fact if I could give an award to them I would.
Used my own
Brent deserves a bonus or a raise just for the way he conducts business. I hate communicating with phones and emails. He made it seem as if we were sitting in the same office. Brent is on top of his game, very easy to work with and I hope to make my next home purchase through him.
We had a crazy and emotional experience buyingour first home and had no clue what we were doing but with Mr Bostics help we came through and are very pleased with everything!
Probably the thing I appreciated the most was the personal care I got from Charlotte. She was "my" finance specialist. I also felt like she was up-front and honest with me, not making promises of things I could not have or things she could not deliver. I also appreciated the fact that I never felt stuck in the process, that my application was on someone's desk in a huge pile and would be reviewed in the next 30 to a million days. Charlotte gave me accurate predictions of how long each step would take, and kept me updated as we progressed from one step to another. Again, it's that personal service that makes a difference.
My daughter used Veterans United & Heather Damur when she bought her house two years and recommended them to me. I'm glad that she did. I had planned to use my credit union, but I am not sure that it would have been as smooth. Heather and her team are superlative. If I have friends or family needing a home loan, I will definitely recommend them.
Its obvious that Veterans United employs best practices in helping Veterans obtain home loans.
Give Jacob Levy and his assistants all raises.. They deserve it..
The team treated us very well. The only issue that I have is that your company assists Veterans with getting loans but the building that this office is in isn't handicap friendly. I broke my leg after the loan process was already started so between that and other medical issues I'd have to have someone take paperwork to the location because of the stairs
Everyone we worked with was very helpful and skilled in helping us find our first home. They were always available to answer our questions and made us feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend Veterans United Home Loans. Our loan specialist Lance Hainen and Krystal Plamer were very friendly and made us very comfortable.
