Quick in taking care of business.
It seemed like we had to provide an extraordinary amount of information, easilly twice as much as we did a year an a half ago with our other loan.
We tried securing a home loan last year from Quickens. We found the process daunting and convoluted. We had to deal with several different personnel. All were harsh, and a couple rude. We finally threw in the towel.
