All 3 were professional and it was a mostly pleasant experience (the not so pleasant part had nothing to do with them just the stressor of buying a house).
Everyone there was very pleasant to work with and i could tell they believe in and use the team concept.
We went to the presentation at the Imiloa Center in Hilo and were excited about the opportunity to pursue a VA loan. A lot of questions were answered and details explained that we were un-aware of. It was a very informative presentation.

overall my experience was good, but there was some last minute things that I didn't agree with, I didn't know my earnest money will go towards the purchase of the house as a down payment, and on the last day my house. Went up $100 because of taxes.
