this guy went above and beyond the duty VU has put on him. I have to say, if it wasn't for Brice's continual work ethic, I would not have been able to do this loan with VU. He was always encouraging. I'm not computer literate and he did the search for the well test, had to work with my secretary (were in the country) she is just as bad as I am in computers...He kept up on her and finally broke thru with the loan. Never was a minute gone by when I could not get hold of him with my stupid questions and he respectfully answered in the kindest ways.
