The "Team" does focus on communicating and, as a result, I got a LOT of communications from them. Sometimes, too much or not the right kind. I was surprised a few times during the process but they always delivered.
There were hiccups here and there but they pulled thru and we closed on set closing date.

I was referred to a Realtor after I requested someone who could explain the full spectrum of first time home owner questions. The Realtor did an amazing job with me, and was available 24/7. She supported all my requests with speed and thoroughness.
There were items that were requested more than once even after they had already been sent. We were not informed until 5pm the night before closing that we needed $4500 to close. All closing costs were supposed to be included in the loan. & more
