Had multiple gaps in communication throughout the loan process. We also ran into several obstacles that could have been waist addressed and taken care of had everything been lined out properly. The loan process did not seem smooth or well planned.
Completely professional, quick turn around for information, kind and attentive to my needs. There is a lag in communications between departments. I seemed to be saying things redundantly too much.

They were prompt on every aspect of the loan process from the preapproval process to the closing table. We had a great team. I would do it again if I had the same team.
The consumer is the customer and communication is key. There can never be enough communication. If you tell someone that you will let them know the status, even if there is no status change inform the customer. Set positive expectations early.
Although it can be difficult to make such a big transaction never meeting face to face, Veterans United Home Loans made our home loan happen.
