Things went fairly smoothly, the team worked hard and diligently to quickly get us threw the process. Sometimes things seemed to be a bit redundant, but the team reassured us that's what was needed to get this done.

Got off to a rotten start...my bad. But after that somewhat rocky start, things went superbly well. The key was Mike & crew's ability to convince me that I was a real person to them...not just a case number.
