Chris and Jeff are the greatest from start to finish they answered my questions told me what I needed to do and I did it. They made me feel like they really cared. They are the Best.
Timely response to my questions is lacking. Loan rate quoted on GFE wasn't locked early on resulting in a higher rate. Much greater closing time than quoted. Interoffice communication seems to be nonexistent, left doesn't know what right is doing.
