The entire process on Veterans United part was a well-oiled machine, on the realtor end of it not so much. The problem or question arised many times after leaving a message it took several calls to get through to her. Especially during the closing process. I would not recommend.

I had a great experience buying my house through Veteran's United. They even had services I didn't expect, like the concierge, and they were supportive all the way. If I ever sell my house and decide to buy a new one, I will go with Veteran's United again. Also, Kendall left a big impression on me through some email correspondence back in 2019 or 2020, and it was the memory of that great communication and service that made me search through my emails to find his contact information. I'm so glad I did, because he was great!
