Excellent outcome but it would have been a little less frustrating (stressful) had the underwriter asked for ALL that they needed up front and not in phases and so close to closing.
Actually 10 is not a high enough number. Katy Reeder went above and beyond. By far the absoulte best customer service I have ever had.
