My only issue was the under writer waited till the last minute to verify employment that should have been the first thing. Why would you bother processing any paper work if you were not sure I was employed.

Experience was great. Just had one issue with direct vented gas logs requiring inspection at such a late date near closing. I felt appraiser or seller should have been contacted directly regarding questions on unit. Not to place burden on buyer
