I think the overall experience and level of professionalism was good. There were a few things that I was surprised by. 1: the amount of closing costs 2: closing costs were provided same day as closing 3: the underwriters were very demanding.

Overall a great company and experience. One thing I would change is create a check list for the buyer that covers from approval to closing so that way the buyer knows what they need to do such as a water test. Finding a title lawyer etc

By the end every day I would have something new to have to send or resend and couldn't get in direct touch with anyone. Despite being assured all was done the day prior. Went on for about 2 weeks.
