Katie and Elliot were excellent. They were always available. I was very nervous at certain points in the process but they were always there to calm me down. I don't think that I could have found anyone else that would have been so helpful.
Felt a better Interest rate could have been realized. This may be a combination of an uneducated buyer and the V.U. policy in stressing a higher locked in rate even after the lock-in form was not signed initially.

What I loved most about Veteran's United was the consistency of their staff. I had two loan officers but but the same expectations and information was received from both. It left me feeling very confident that I'd have a positive outcome.
