There were a few rough spots with VU duringthis mortgage process if I am being honest. Essentially they came down to lack of communication. However, overall, I am pleased with Veterans United.

The loan process was very efficient. Document arrived at my home promptl. There was no headaches with the transfer of documents.
No communication between Veterns United and myself, incorrect or lost information on multiple a occasions, lost information/documentation, and overall don't give a care attitude. Until I requested to speech to management approximately 90 days in.
My loan processors were outstanding.
My only real issue with the process was needing a final employment verification letter on the last day before closing. Because it could only be done on a government computer (and I wasn't at work) I had to go back to work to do this. Not convenient.
