Every step was explained, Ashton stayed in touch with our relater great, and anything needed we were always contacted; IE never waited to see what is missing or needed.
Lost paperwork, response and communication was poor. Return phone calls and follow up was poor. We had to resend numerous copys of paperwork 3 and 4 times. Our closing date was changed several times because of them.
