great job.professional team
from what I experienced by looking outside my local area for a lower mortgage rate is not always a wise choice, what I'm saying is it is better to stay local...
I would recommend this company to any veteran looking to buy a home. They are professional beyond measure.

Closing cost itemization estimate was not clear initially and appeared to be an overestimate in my opinion.
Matt Lewis also assisted a great deal with the whole process. He did an excellent job.
Very possitive, helpful and professional people
Mrs. Range excelled and went above and beyond anything we could have hoped for in a Real Estate agent.
After a rough start with our initial agent Mrs Range was a breath of fresh air and jump started our outlook in the house hunting market.
Thank you for everything that you all have done for me to get my home. I have told several people about your team.
Thank you Katelyn for your patience. not your fault the title company was out Christmas shopping.
During the days of loan processing, I was on night shift. Ryan on numerous occasions would call me during the time in which I was meant to be sleeping even though he was instructed regarding my schedule. On the occasion that I did not answer my phone at 1300 (because this would be like your 0100) he would leave voice messages that were laced with irritation. I feel that as the Loan officer, he should have made more of an attempt to work with my schedule whether that be contacting me at the end of my work day around 0700 or after I woke up around 1500.
All other moments related to Ryan were neutral - good. To add to my previous comment Ryan made it feel as though the loan process revolved around him, and that my personal needs were not important. If I could give Ryan any advice it would be to remember that his job falls within the realm of patient satisfaction and customer service. He should make every attempt possible to accommodate his clients and ensure that they feel comfortable with the loan process in every aspect. Regardless of his contempt for the situation or lack of communication, he should make every attempt to not portray this in a conversation.
All in all I am very glad that I used Veterans United Home Loans and will recommend them to my shipmates and coworkers.
From the bottom of my heart I THANK the whole VU team that played a HUGE roll regarding my case. Brett Peters, Josh Schultz and Carl Thomas will always have a special place in my heart and soul. God Bless them all for not just taking care of me but the many others like me that wore the uniform. I still cannot believe that I have the house that I have and as a man I know I would not have it if it wasn't for these men that I just mentioned. We military folks are called HEROES but the three men that I mentioned are all my HEROES!!!!
Luke Thurman was a great loan specialist. It was great working with him and he answered all of my questions and provided me with information that I didn't know but needed to know.
There were a couple steps in the process that started to become annoying, but Cole was able to clear everything up and keep the process moving in the right direction.
super job thank you for everything you all have done for us in our new home purchase.
