The only negative comment I have is the repeated request for documents that I had already sent. It may have been the way e-mail requests were worded, or my mis-reading.

Loan officers did not communicate with us/realtors for over 3 months then had to rush though everything in the last minute. The seller almost walked away after signing 2 extensions. Realtor likes VU but will never work with our loan officer again.

Delays caused by the underwriting department almost cost me the deal. However, Durell Cope and Chris Keating helped with me to keep the deal alive at the last moment which greatly assisted in getting the loan closed.
