I beleive the program has way to many demands.It was very hard to get this closed.
My experience was pretty atypical from what I hear.
I started with another VA (well known}loan Co. they were very rude from the get go so I contacted Veterans United Home Loan Co. they were great from the get go, not judging as the first Co. and not rude to me either, very helpful from the start

Very professional and always seems to have your best interest in mind
This is the first home that I have bought so I don't have anything to compare it to, but It was very easy to talk to them and get answers if I had any questions.
Although there were some "hiccups" during the process with miscommunications and inaccurate information entered on the original loan contract, the process did move forward at an acceptable pace and the rate was the best I found.

Our overall experience was excellent.If we were ever to have to do it again we would definitely come back and recommend it.
