they were great and very very helpful
the only complaint we have is: to let veterans know all documents that they will be needing, including any that have shown up on the credit report that may cause an issue on closing. example: child support
Steve and Codi were very proffesional while still maintaining an aura of compassion. By also keeping us updated they helped elevitate the "unknown fear" of borrowing.

Working for a Mortgage company years ago, I compare Daniel Perry a supreme Loan Office, He knows the montage business inside and out., Very nice in all aspects. You should be very happy with him. I would suggest giving him a raise increase.
