I've recently bought my second under under FHA, and refinanced a couple months later to VA. Dealing with Derek and VU both times was a better experience then buying my first house.
Loan officers made life a little stressful.

My Loan Officer Ryan Griggs was great he always let me know what was going on with my loan even thro it was repetitive at times with the paper work we stayed the course with his leadership thanks Rylan for being my loan officer

Everything was fine till the ending, towards the end certain issues were not focused on to contact me in the matters affecting closing till last minute.
I've purchased and sold to other homes in my life time and feel this proved to be more difficult, then the first two. I feel there was a lack of trust pertaining to the loan in question and amount of loan I qualified for was too low.
