I was hesitant to try and do this with a company out of state just considering all of the paperwork issues that could come up. You guys made it easy, and super fast.
While Veteran's United did a great job on some parts, there was some pretty serious communication lapses that made the closing stressful. I hope it's not the norm and was limited to my situation of buying from a couple going through a horrible divorc
Only problem I had was some last minute changes that caused my closeing to be delayed because of the emense amount of "red tape" and policies they had to go through to make changes. They were not very expedient when it came to that.
Nate is a very good loan officer. He took the time to discuss the reasons to refinance and reasons not to. I highly trust his incite and experience. I will recommend him to all of my friends.

Great communication all the way through the process. When I was informed I could get a lower interest rate, I was surprised. Steve didn't have to do this for me, and I am very grateful.
