Nate was fantastic, but a special thanks to Jocelyn Diehl. Jocelyn held my hand through the paperwork (I had been warned by several that the shear volume of paperwork would make a VA loan not worth it), frankly with her help, it seemed easier.
Very professional and courteous experience. Solibel and Kara both helped me through the process and made sure I understood each and every step. Regular updates and courtesy calls were a major PLUS.
There was great follow up until the last when it seemed things sort of dragged out with a couple of documents that were forgotten about.Someone did not know the Indiana law when the fees were in excess of $10,000.
