The experience was only made horrible by the underwriting process and the fact that this changed my closing date, which in turn pushed back my furniture delivery and left my family and I without a residence for 5 days.

There needs to be a "Not Sure" selection here because we are just not sure if we would actually recommend anyone. Biggest thing if we "did" recommend is to keep on top of their representative, which "we" as clients should not have too.
Gathering a myriad of documentation is never a pleasant experience, i.e. root canal. VUHL did make it a less unpleasant event. We did end up submitting duplicate documents for whatever reason. Overall experience with VUHL was very good.
