My experiance was a bit rough going but its not to say others will experiance what I went through.But I'm overall happy to become a home owner again thanks to VUH.

Brett Peters in the Pre -Qualification Dept. worked with me for several months before handing me over to my Loan Specialist and I will always be grateful for his service and insight.
Very inconsistent between our loan person and his assistant. I had to resend and resend the same documents several times. His assistant rarely if ever returned a call. She was very impersonal and would leave emails. I didn't check email every 30 min.
I enjoyed the entire experience Jon and the team were very very professional and informative. Kept me informed of every step of the process I would definitely refer all my veteran family to him thanks again
I wouldnt recommend anyone to deal with a lender that is out of state because it just make the process much more complicated. If Veterans United would be local I would recommend them to frineds.

At 1st The loan process was very stressful due to one to many people handing the process causing all kinds of confusion between all parties invold. But once Chris Thoronton took things over himself and spoke to me one on one the process easier .
loan process was very easy and straight forward with the loan teams help.
I did recommend but the closing was not very professional. I was told one cost, then it became 10X that amount within 12 hours. Also we had to return to the closing because the "underwriters" required additional signatures.
