This entire process was a nightmare. My loan agent Angie was horrible. Her incompetence resulted in delay after delay and nearly cost me my chance to buy my dream home. I will never recommend this company to anyone.
Debbie was our loan officer and she was outstanding. Love her she made the experience a good one.
The "2 SAMs" did a great job ensuring my loan would close in 30 days from acceptance. I got testy a few times but, they were both calm professionals and helped me through a very stressful process.

a. Too long process Feb until Jul. b. Two closing date last one being May 30 and June 16. c. loan officer quited I had to start all over with another loan officer. d. This cost me 1345.00 for rental and moving twice out pocket.
There were forgotten forms leaving us scrambling at the last minute and we were trying to get out of our apartment which pushed things back.
